1990 Ford GT Python Prototype #1

This is a rare opportunity to own an actual factory prototype. This example is number one out of possibly seven prototypes designed by Eugene Burdinat and Alvin A Kelly to further the original design and concept proposed by the legend himself, Carroll Shelby for the Ford factory. It uses a Ford 302 cubic inch Windsor V8 and a shortened and modified Mustang floor, the suspension was fully reworked by Lotus to make for very sharp handling associated with vehicles such as this. However, this is not a stripped out concept car, this is a fully street legal and very useable vehicle, it even has ice cold air conditioning and is compliant to the strict California emissions standards. This particular vehicle is very well known in the show car and Shelby circles and will make a very unusual addition to any collection.
