This fully restored El Camino is simply stunning. Fitted with a GM 350 four bolt main V8 which has been bored and stroked to a 383 cu in which has also benefitted from being blue printed and balanced and fitted with performance aluminum cylinder heads which enables it to make in the region of 400 horsepower. But the upgrades do not stop at the power plant, this runs through a rebuilt TH400 automatic transmission which in turn provides the action through a new 12 bolt Posi Traction using 3:55 gears, of course attention has been giving to stopping this machine through front and rear power assisted disc brakes. The suspension has been fully built with new control arms, torsion bars, springs and shock absorbers rolling on new wheels and tires. The engine is cooled by an upgraded 3 row aluminum radiator and everything has electricity from a new American Auto Wire wiring harness. Sounds come courtesy of a Magna Flow 2 1/2" dual exhaust. The body and paint are laser straight, this aint no old farm truck! The interior consists of new seat upholstery, door cards, dash cap and headliner. The stated mileage on our description is correct, this vehicle has only covered these few miles since it had its full rotisserie restoration.
